Tea Oolong Formosa Dark Pearl
This tea is a dark oolong, quite deeply oxidized. Formosa is the old name of Taiwan, where this tea comes from. The tea is nutty, sweet and has roasted notes. The leaves are kneaded very tightly to form the shape. When brewed, the leavs unfold themselves, and whole leaves appear in the cup. This tea can be brewed many times, for every brew, new flavors unfold.
Oolong tea (Taiwan)
Brew 2-3g per cup of tea (200ml), use a water temperature of 80-90℃, and let steep for 3-4 minutes.
